I know it's been done numerous times before, but I decided that I wanted to do a series on the sabbats. Having said that, my versions aren't necessarily going to reflect the standard Wheel of the Year stories. The common interpretations can be found almost anywhere, so I thought that I would depict what they mean to me, personally - more in line with how I actually celebrate.
The sabbat dates are more of a time for reflection for me as I honour Nature, and all that is hers, each and every day. Lughnasadh marks the half way point of the summer for me, and so I try to use this day as one to decompress, and spend some time on my own. Between riding camps, regular lessons, haying, work and normal life, my summers are hectic to say the least. I like, at this time of year, to take a nice long stroll or trail ride through my woods, out of the heat of sun, and just be, with no time tables, cell phones, or demands.

You really need to fix that armpit. Looks like something is about to tear out of there... Yes I know the body has a lump there when you bring the arm up, but that looks a little too pronounced.
It makes this solid piece of art look like you missed some detail in the rig weighting. To be honest it looks like sloppy crashing geometry.
The rest of the piece is nice. I like the flower and her big lips.
